Title : Post Possession Damage Control (Manhwa) / My Body Has Been Possessed By Someone (Novel)
Currently in Chapter 166, and this story is cooking. I read the manhwa (art is legit, finished it to the latest) and now I’m reading the novel, and man, cooking. Let the author cook.
There were a lot of comments about the controversial main male lead, or the incest themes in it. A lot of people didn’t like this (I think). Rarely will I read incest stories, because it’s the type that’s just sex without plot, and tiresome (I only like 3-4 incest stories in all my entire life of reading, and all cooked with the psychological and tragedy aspects).
But the novel is really more political so far (not the smartest politics, of course, just casual reading) and it actually centers more around the MC and domestic abuse, family drama and neglect (I wouldn’t say revenge to be honest, just a bit). Child abuse stuff. And honestly I don’t blame this, if you go through certain stuff like this, you’d get it. I enjoy reading about it, therapeutic to be honest.
Side Note: Prepare for some manhua / chinese novel white lotus or typical fictional chinese novel inspiration. I don't mind, but yeah.
This is a fun casual read, I’m enjoying it so far (hopefully it’s still cooking until the end) and I’m planning on starring it in my library, which says something already about it.
Oh yeah also don’t expect top tier smart schemes and conspiracies stuff like even at least ORV level, it’s not. Just a casual relaxing read. Also if you’re not spoiled, like Villains Are Destined To Die, you don’t necessarily know who the male lead is.
Just writing my thoughts so far, don’t wanna spoil it nor make a judgment yet without finishing the book.
Update (Chapter 190): Ok, so apparently things go to shiz from Chapters 170 and above, basically when the timeskip occurs. Just like Villains are Destined To Die after Chapters 80 and above! Things go to shiz and don't get better, haha. It gets worse. Tragic shiz (where is the novel updates tragedy tag???) Like the plot becomes high school drama shiz, not as bad, but still classified as one right now (no, why...). Mess. Still gonna finish it though, made it this far, haha. Hopefully endings are worth it, and not shiz. I'm a hopeful person.

P.S. Thinking of reading that one novel similar but more explicit, where the father and two brothers mess around with the ‘sister’ in this cabin in the mountain woods, or something. Forgot the name. And still thinking about it. Still have a lot of backlog stories in my library.
Oh yeah, FYI, all the ML’s have ‘genuine baggage’ (to put it lightly) in some sort of way, just pick your ‘poison’, I suppose.
